Take a look at the quick renovation that was just completed for this lounge.

A two-week construction site, paired with a design with fun colours and comfy furniture, completely changed the mood. The teacher lounge, which previously felt like a left-over space, is now a cozy room where teachers can relax and have a coffee, do some work or have a quick meeting in between classes. We are loving the salmon pink elements and the checkered tiles!
World Architecture Festival
We had a lot of fun at the World Architecture Festival in Singapore last week, Studio Vapore first time attending the event, where we presented the Children’s Library we designed for the Western Academy of Beijing.
Our client was with us, rapresented by Elementary School director Catherine.
We listened to many inspiring talks and project presentation, met new friends and fellow Beijingers, and mostly,
our project was Highly Commended in the Interior Education category!
Super proud of the entire team for this achievement, from our young office which started just a couple of years ago!
A big thanks to our client the Western Academy of Beijing, our contractor ChenCheng, our consultants Yin, Xiaodong and Delhom Acoustics.
